After independently reading "Double Dutch" from lesson 4, students should complete the performance task writing on student book pg. 129 in the RACE Writing Format (Restate, Answer, Cite, Elaborate). To be done on a Google Doc and turned into Google Classroom.
"The Snazzy Steppers went from being one of the worst double Dutch teams in the league to being the best. How did they accomplish this feat? Write a paragraph explaining how hard the Snazzy Steppers worked to become champions. Include quotations and other text evidence to support your explanation." (Journeys Student Book, pg. 129)
**Due on Friday, October 28th.
